All Eyes on SC Today as CJI Sets Aside Precedent to Set Up Constitution Bench for Ayodhya Case Hearing - (10 Jan 2019)

Justice Gogoi's order is unique because it has apparently nullified a judicial order in the same case whereby the prayer for a Constitution Bench had been declined by a three-judge bench.
