National Herald Case: Delhi HC to Hear AJL Appeal Against Order to Vacate Premises on Jan 15 - (09 Jan 2019)

The court had on December 21 dismissed AJL's plea challenging the Centre's order to vacate its premises in press enclave at ITO in Delhi.
