Rape Case Against Alok Nath Lodged on Basis of Complainant's False Report: Court - (09 Jan 2019)

Granting the relief to Alok Nath on a surety bond of Rs 5 lakh, Additional Sessions Court Judge S S Oza said the rape complaint filed by the screenwriter is a "personal vendetta".
