Hyderabad High Court Denies to Condone Inordinate Delay in Filing Appeal - (23 Nov 2015)

Hyderabad High Court has rejected petition filed by State Government seeking condoning of delay of 800 days in filing an appeal against acquittal of a bank in-charge manager while finding him guilty of charge under Prevention of Corruption Act.
