Officials Ordering Arrests Under Junked IT Law Provision will be Arrested: SC - (08 Jan 2019)

Supreme Court has said it is shocking that people are still being prosecuted under Section 66 A of the Information Technology Act even after it has been scrapped by the Supreme Court in 2015 and also said that officials ordering arrests will be sent to jail.
