SC Issue Notice to Gujarat on Plea Against HC Order on Birds' Right to Fly - (23 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has served notice to Gujarat Government on a plea challenging High Court order declaring 'right to fly' as fundamental right of birds which effectively banned keeping them in cage and sought response from government on PIL filed by Pet Lovers Association.
