Worshipper can't Maintain Suit for Recovery of Possession of Temple Property: Kerala HC - (07 Jan 2019)

Kerala High Court has allowed a second appeal on principle that a worshipper cannot maintain a suit for recover of possession of property dedicated to a temple.
