NCLAT Disposes of Contempt Plea Against Reliance Infratel - (03 Jan 2019)

NCLAT has disposed of a contempt plea against Reliance Infratel filed by HSBC Daisy Investments (Mauritius) and other minority shareholders over default in payment on technical grounds.
