Bombay High Court asks DCIT to pay Cost of Rs. 1.5 Lakhs for Illegal Denial of Refund - (03 Jan 2019)

Bombay High Court has recently imposed a fine of 1.50 lakhs on the Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax for not granting refund.
