Madras HC Put Stay on Cancellation of Greenpeace India’s Registration - (23 Nov 2015)

Madras HC has stayed Government order cancelling Greenpeace India's registration, stating that Tamil Nadu Registrar of Societies had not followed principles of natural justice.
