Madras High Court Suggests Surrender of Passports from Loan Defaulters - (02 Jan 2019)

Madras High Court has suggested that the Centre bring in appropriate amendments in the Passport Rules, so that banks and financial institutions can demand surrender of passports from loan defaulters and prevent them from fleeing the country.
