Reasonable Force Used by Teacher to Discipline Student Not a Crime : Kerala HC - (02 Jan 2019)

Kerala High Court has given relief to a school teacher by quashing a criminal case initiated against him for punishing a student and observed that parents and teachers are entitled to use reasonable degree of force to discipline children.
