CIC Asks RBI to Provide Info on Number of Rs. 2000 & 500 Notes Printed During Demonetisation - (18 Dec 2018)

Central Information Commission (CIC) has ordered disclosure of information on number of Rs. 500 and Rs. 2000 notes printed daily from November 9, 2016 to November 30, 2016—the month when demonetisation was effected.
