Phone Sex with Husband’s Friend can’t be Ground for Abetment to Suicide Charge: Bombay HC - (17 Dec 2018)

Bombay High Court has discharged a woman from a case registered against her for abetment of her husband’s suicide by indulging in phone sex with his friend.
