Bombay HC Irks Over Retired Policemen Getting Government Houses - (20 Nov 2015)

Bombay High Court has irked over Government decision to allot tenements on ownership basis to retired and serving policemen at city's BDD chawls. The court denied to accept affidavit filed by Government explaining decision and seeking time to frame a policy for the same.
