CCI Orders Inquiry against Max Super Speciality Hospital - (19 Nov 2015)

Competition Commission of India (CCI) has ordered inquiry against Max Super Speciality Hospital and Becton Dickinson India for alleged anti-competitive practices with respect to healthcare services.
