NCLT Orders Liquidation of Nagarjuna Oil Corporation - (13 Dec 2018)

National Company Law Tribunal, after multiple failed bids, has ordered liquidation of Nagarjuna Oil Corporation (NOCL), which is an associate firm of Nagarjuna Oil Refinery.
