Rajasthan HC Refuses to Quash FIR Against Jack Dorsey - (13 Dec 2018)

Rajasthan High Court has stayed the arrest of Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey but refused to quash a First Information Report (FIR) against him for allegedly defaming the Brahmin community.
