Supreme Court Issues Important Directives to protect privacy and reputation of Sexual Assault Victim - (12 Dec 2018)

SC while issuing important directives to protect privacy and reputation of sexual assault victims has barred any agency from revealing the identity of sexual assault victims, even if they are dead. It also said that names of such people cannot be disclosed at public rallies or on social media.
