Kerala HC: Cannot Direct School to Allow Muslim Girls To Wear Headscarf & Full Sleeved Shirt - (12 Dec 2018)

Kerala High Court while observing that individual interest must yield to the larger interest has refused to interfere with school’s decision of not allowing two Muslim girls to wear a headscarf and a full-sleeved shirt to school.
