Absolutely Nothing in Medical Report of Accused Showing Torture, Says SC in Muzaffarpur Shelter Home Case - (11 Dec 2018)

A bench of Justices Madan B Lokur and Deepak Gupta said they have perused the report of medical board and the doctors have not found any injuries to substantiate the claims of physical and mental torture of the accused in the jail.
