Prior Permission Mandatory for Erecting Flag Poles: Madras High Court - (10 Dec 2018)

Madras High Court has directed local administration department authorities to ensure that no one can erect flag poles or arches along/across public roads or on platforms without prior permission of the competent authorities, across the state.
