Bombay HC Directs Payment of Over Rs. 4.5 Cr to Family of Person who Died in Road Accident - (07 Dec 2018)

Bombay High Court has directed New India Assurance (NIA) to pay a sum of Rs 4.56 crore as compensation to the family of deceased Ravindra Kulkarni, who was the CEO of Tata Precision Industries, Singapore.
