SC Upholds Centre's Decision to Nominate 3 BJP MLAs to Puducherry Assembly - (07 Dec 2018)

Supreme Court has repelled the challenge made at the instance of Congress against the nomination of three BJP members to the Puducherry Legislative Assembly by the Central Government.
