Supreme Court Rejects CCI and Jio’s Cartelisation Pleas Against Airtel, Voda Idea - (06 Dec 2018)

Supreme Court has dismissed Competition Commission of India and Reliance Jio Infocomm’s pleas to probe cartelisation charges levelled by Jio against Bharti Airtel, Vodafone India and Idea Cellular.
