Bombay High Court Grants Anticipatory Bail to Man Who Gave Triple Talaq - (05 Dec 2018)

Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bail to a man, who had approached the court after his wife lodged a case against him for trying to divorce her under the now-banned triple talaq practice.
