Insolvency can be Triggered Against Unincorporated Joint Ventures: NCLAT - (03 Dec 2018)

NCLAT has held in a case related to AMB Infrabuild Pvt. Ltd. and Earth Galleria Pvt. Ltd. that insolvency can be triggered against an unincorporated joint venture between two companies.
