Same Person can’t be Investigating Officer and Complainant in NDPS Cases: Delhi HC - (03 Dec 2018)

Delhi High Court has reiterated that proceedings under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 stand vitiated if the same person acts as the Investigating Officer (IO) and the complainant.
