Bombay HC Dismisses Sanjay Nirupam’s Petition Seeking BJP MP’s Election to be Declared Null and Void - (03 Dec 2018)

Bombay High Court has dismissed an election petition filed by Sanjay Nirupam, president of the Mumbai Regional Congress Committee, in which Nirupam had prayed for BJP MP Gopal Shetty’s election in 2014 from Mumbai North constituency to be declared null and void.
