Passport Not to Be Refused on Ground That it’s Detrimental to India’s Economic Security: Kerala HC - (03 Dec 2018)

Kerala High Court has observed that term ‘security’ in Section 6(1) of Passport Act does not encompass ‘economic security’ and passport cannot be refused on the ground that it is detrimental to the economic security of India.
