Supreme Court Serves Notice to Goa on Renewal of Mining Leases - (18 Nov 2015)

Supreme Court has directed Goa Government to file reply against allegation that it renewed 88 lapsed mining leases in State in violation of auction rule introduced by way of an ordinance.
