Section 304 IPC Not Attracted Against Builder for Death Due to Building Collapse in Earth Quake: SC - (30 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court has dismissed plea of man whose family members got killed in Gujarat earthquake and observed that Section 304 IPC is not attracted against builder for the death occurred because of building collapse during earth quake.
