You are Parents of Your Child Forever: SC to Parting Couple - (29 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court, while allowing a married couple to ‘part as friends’, has reminded them about the duty towards their child and also observed that the child is entitled to the love and affection, protection and guidance of both the parents and their families.
