Allahabad High Court Rejects PIL Against Aid to Akhlaq’s Family - (17 Nov 2015)

Allahabad HC has rejected a public interest litigation (PIL) seeking stoppage of compensation and also cancellation of Government order through which Rs 45 lakh was provided as compensation to the family of Mohd Akhlaq, who was killed by a mob allegedly for eating beef at Dadri at Noida.
