Punjab and Haryana HC Seeks Information on Highway Liquor Vends - (17 Nov 2015)

Punjab and Haryana HC has directed Punjab Excise and Taxation Commissioner to inform if there were any liquor vends in state in violation of the court directions. The directions came after 32 photographs of liquor vends along the highways in Punjab were placed before it.
