SC Seeks Explanation from Delhi Govt and Centre About Vacancies in Forensic Lab - (26 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court has sought explanation from Centre and states on large vacancies in Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), saying that it is hampering the speedy trial in criminal cases as scientific reports on evidence are not placed on time before the trial court.
