Delay in Getting Free Service Not a Ground to Revoke Warranty of Vehicle: NCDRC - (23 Nov 2018)

NCDRC has observed that some delay in getting free service of the vehicle done by user would not imply that the user of vehicle was negligent in its maintenance and warranty can not be revoked on that basis.
