Supreme Court Slams Primeval Conditions in Jails - (23 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court bench has expressed disappointment over the condition of jails and also expressed displeasure over lack of video conferencing facilities in jails and juvenile homes and the alarming number of vacancies in Forensic Science Laboratories.
