PILs can’t be Used as Tool to Take Vengeance: Karnataka High Court - (22 Nov 2018)

Karnataka High Court has remarked that Public Interest Litigation cannot be used as a tool to wreck vengeance, while dismissing a PIL filed by a lady who had filed criminal cases against her husband.
