Allahabad HC Quashes Punishment of UP Govt. Employee Caught Chewing Tobacco at Work - (20 Nov 2018)

Allahabad High Court has found the punishment excessive, given to a government employee for chewing tobacco at work after Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had banned chewing of tobacco on duty, and also quashed the punishment.
