Delhi HC Seeks Response from Centre and Delhi Government on HIV Drug Supply - (19 Nov 2018)

Delhi High Court has sought Central Government's stand on a plea alleging that centre and State government were not following through on their assurance to the court to ensure there would be no shortage of antiretroviral (ARV) drugs, used to treat HIV.
