Supreme Court Stays Rs. 420 Crore Penalty Imposed by CCI on Hyundai - (19 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court has stayed penalty of Rs. 420 crore imposed on Hyundai Motors India Limited, by Competition Commission of India (CCI) for restricting the sale and supply of genuine spare parts of automobiles in open market.
