Enquire ‘Motive’ of Sexual Harassment Complaints Filed Against Public Servants: MP HC - (19 Nov 2018)

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that it is the duty of the Investigating Officer to investigate thoroughly in a sexual harassment complaint filed against public servants and reach to the motive for which the complaint has been filed.
