Corporate Debtor can’t Maintain Appeal Under Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code: NCLAT - (16 Nov 2018)

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed an appeal filed by M/s Radius Infratel Pvt. Ltd. and held that corporate debtor cannot maintain appeal under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
