Migrant Not to be Recognised as Scheduled Caste of Migrant State: Supreme Court - (16 Nov 2018)

Supreme Court has reiterated that merely because in the migrant state the same caste is recognised as Scheduled Caste, the migrant cannot be recognised as Scheduled Caste of migrant state.
