Delhi High Court Rejects Daati Maharaj's Plea to Review Transfer of Rape Probe to CBI - (15 Nov 2018)

Delhi High Court has dismissed self-styled preacher Daati Maharaj's plea for review of Court’s decision of transferring the probe in the rape case against him to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
