Bombay High Court Upholds Tax on Sale of Lottery Tickets - (12 Nov 2018)

Bombay High Court has ruled and upheld a Maharashtra Government's act which levies tax on sale of lottery tickets in the state and also observed that lottery falls within ambit of betting and gambling.
