Look into Working of Mumbai Branch Secretariat: Bombay HC to Centre - (12 Nov 2018)

Bombay High Court, while hearing a petition urging the court to put a stop to reclamation of land for the Chhatrapati Shivaji Memorial, has come down heavily on the Centre for failing to file an affidavit and also asked Centre to look into working of Mumbai branch secretariat.
