Calling Husband ‘Impotent’ in Pleadings can Amount to Defamation: Bombay High Court - (12 Nov 2018)
Bombay High Court has held that calling a husband impotent in pleadings can amount to defamation and observed that word “impotent” when understood in its plain and grammatical sense, reflects adversely upon the manhood of a person.
