Govt. Eases FDI Norms in 15 Major Sectors - (16 Nov 2015)

Government has eased Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) norms in 15 major sectors including defence, civil aviation, broadcasting, to attract overseas funds and boost economic growth, raising the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) approval limit from Rs 3,000 crore to Rs 5,000 crore.
